Paulius
Judickas
I help organizations monetize, manage and make sense of the internet's most finite resource: IP addresses. Internet governance and IP policy are my home turf. VP of Strategic Alliances at IPXO, chairman of BalticNOG, president of the Baltic IPv6 Council, and RIPE & NetUK Programme Committee member. A lawyer-turned-technologist closing Fortune 500 infrastructure deals across four continents.
About
The internet ran out of IPv4 addresses years ago. My job is making sure that never becomes your problem, and occasionally making it your opportunity.
At IPXO, the world's leading IP leasing and monetization platform, I lead strategic alliances and enterprise sales: building long-term programs for telcos, ISPs and enterprises sitting on unused IPv4 space, and structuring compliant, low-risk leasing agreements that satisfy both the lawyers and the network engineers. Before that I built IPXO's sales function from scratch as Head of Sales, and led global B2B sales at Heficed through its acquisition by Hivelocity.
I hold degrees in law and computer science, a combination that turns out to be surprisingly useful when your product is a scarce, regulated, routable asset. My first career was as a bankruptcy & insolvency administrator, negotiating with creditors under pressure. Enterprise infrastructure deals feel calm by comparison.
Outside the deal room I work on the internet itself: Internet governance and IP policy discussions at regional and global level, shaping conference programmes, growing operator communities across the Baltics and the UK, and pushing IPv6 adoption forward, one stubborn network at a time.
